Indoors
This 300 square metres original farm house has been renovated in 2021, while maintaining the spirit of the place to create a rustic-chic atmosphere.
The property comprises a main structure, a dependence and an original Trullo.
In the main house, guests will appreciate the cozy and refined atmosphere. This building offers a bright living room with fireplace and a large equipped kitchen. There is also two 20 square metres bedrooms, each one with a private shower room.
The dependence offers two 15 square metres connecting bedrooms, each one with its own shower room.
Guests can also find, in an original Trullo, an independent suite of 20 square metres and a waterfall suite in another trullo.
Outdoors
Outside, visitors can take the time onto the beautiful terrace with barbecue or under the enchanting pergola, overlooking the Mediterranean maquis.
They can also enjoy the beautiful pool (heated from April to September), with security alarm system for the safety.
Staff & Services
The Villa Manager, is available for guests during their stay.
The price includes pool heating, daily housekeeping, final housekeeping and bath amenities.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as breakfast made with fresh and local products (upon prior request).
Location
Villa Galeazzo is ideally located in Carpignano Salentin.
Between its ancient historical centers in the hinterland, which offers beauty and authentic flavors, its popular festivals and nature with a wild character, Salento is a surprising place. Facing the Ionian Sea to the west and the Adriatic Sea to the east, this land is a blur of sandy, stony and rocky beaches bathed by crystal clear water.
At 30 minutes from the villa, immersed in a verdant landscape graced by olive trees of the surrounding countryside, there is the Acaya Golf Club, one of the most beautiful golf courses in Italy. Not far from there, there is also the WWF Cesine Reserve, the last surviving stretch of the vast coastal marshes that once characterized the coastline from Brindisi to Otranto.
Less than 30 minutes from the property, is Lecce, a little masterpiece built in the local soft creamy limestone with dazzling architectural surprises around every corner and the little town of Otranto, considered since ancient times a natural bridge between the Mediterranean and the East.
Less than an hour away it’s possible to visit Brindisi, which besides being enchanting, it hosts a very convenient international airport. At the same distance is located Gallipoli, with its coast to the north and south famous for its long sandy beaches and gorgeous turquoise sea.
