Location
The property is located in the area of Ceglie Messapica, a historic town protected since 1999. Just 35 kilometres west of Brindisi, the town lies between the Itria Valley and Salento, on the Murge plateaux. Ceglie Messapica is famous for its ducal castle, medieval fortifications and aristocratic architecture, such as Palazzo Allegretti and Palazzo Vitale. The surrounding area is dotted with traditional trulli and dry-stone walls, creating a picturesque landscape. Famous for its culinary specialities, including the delicious Cegliese biscotto, Ceglie offers a unique cultural and gastronomic experience.

Our host was extremely attentive and down to earth with her approach, and decor was gorgeous.
The perfect mix of a modern villa with typical Puglian charm. We picked our own herbs and figs from the garden to use in cooking, explored nearby towns and beaches and relaxed by the pool.
It is well worth taking up the options provided at booking such as Private Chef, which we enjoyed in the villa on a night that we felt would be nice to stay in.
